Gym Opening Hours: 8am -12noon and 3-8pm

All gym sessions must be pre-booked

Monday to Friday 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm

Closed Saturday and Sunday  

Each session will be 45minutes long  on a private hire basis
