All gym sessions must be pre-booked

Monday to Friday 9.30am, 10.30am, 11.30am, 2.30pm, 3.30pm, 4.30pm, 5.30pm, 6.30pm

Saturday 9.30am, 10.30am and 11.30am 

Each session will be 45minutes long  on a private hire basis
